Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using ProTV Install services. By engaging with ProTV Install, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Independent Service Provider Disclaimer

ProTV Install is an independent third-party service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any television manufacturer, streaming service provider, device manufacturer, or platform operator.

• We do not represent or act on behalf of any TV brand or manufacturer
• We are not authorized to make warranty modifications or commitments on behalf of manufacturers
• Our services are provided independently to assist customers with installation and setup
• We retain no access to customer accounts after service completion unless explicitly arranged

Any references to brand names or products are for informational and descriptive purposes only. All company, brand, and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Scope of Services

ProTV Install provides professional installation and configuration services for television and home entertainment equipment. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• TV wall mounting and installation assistance
• Sound bar and audio device setup
• Streaming device and peripheral device configuration
• Initial TV activation and settings optimization
• Network connectivity and Wi-Fi setup assistance
• Cable organization and management

Services Do Not Include: Physical repairs, hardware replacement, modifications to manufacturer software, warranty claims, technical support beyond initial setup, or any services that would void manufacturer warranties.

3. No Manufacturer Affiliation

ProTV Install operates independently from all television and device manufacturers. Important clarifications:

• We cannot modify, extend, or make commitments regarding manufacturer warranties
• We cannot access or modify proprietary manufacturer software or systems
• Activation and account setup must be completed by the customer or authorized manufacturer representatives
• We do not represent manufacturer policies, terms of service, or technical specifications
• Device settings and configurations are the customer's responsibility to maintain
• We are not authorized to accept returns, issue refunds, or process warranty claims on behalf of manufacturers

Customers are solely responsible for reading and complying with manufacturer terms of service, warranty conditions, and usage policies.

By using ProTV Install services, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about devices and technical requirements
• Ensure they are the owner or authorized user of all devices
• Maintain login credentials and account access for streaming services and devices
• Accept full responsibility for device configurations after service completion
• Understand that we provide no ongoing technical support beyond the initial service
• Comply with all manufacturer terms of service and user agreements
• Indemnify ProTV Install from liability arising from customer misuse or violation of terms

6. Service Terms and Conditions

Quotation and Approval: We provide written quotes before services begin. Customers must approve quotes in writing before work commences. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Payment: Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods.

Scheduling: Services must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or reschedule based on service complexity discovered on-site.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If a customer is unsatisfied with service quality, we will attempt to resolve issues within 48 hours of service completion. Beyond this period, disputes must be addressed through formal written communication.

7. Data Privacy and Account Access

No Permanent Account Access: ProTV Install does not retain access to customer accounts, devices, or personal data after service completion. Customers remain in full control of their devices at all times.

Activation Codes: Customers must provide activation codes. We use these only during the activation process and do not store or share this information.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for securing their passwords, PINs, and account credentials. ProTV Install will never ask for passwords unless directly assisting with setup and only during the service call.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ProTV Install website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ProTV Install or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Customers are granted a limited license to use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Modification of Terms

ProTV Install reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith written communication. If resolution is not achieved within 15 days, disputes may be escalated through formal legal channels.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
